The New Big 10 Restaurant & Bar

BIG 10 is one of the biggest restaurants that grace the sidewalks of The Fish Fry. It is owned by well known entrepreneur Anthony Carey and excellent chef, who takes great pride in preparing the famous “conch salad” No visit to Arawak Cay is complete without tasting the conch salad. It has a wonderful taste and some people believe it is an aphrodisiac.

BIG 10 is continually being added to and now has many spacious areas for you to dine in. It specializes in Native cuisine with dishes like Grilled Conch, Grilled Red Snapper, Steak and Grilled Fish Combo. You can also enjoy many snacks of the Crack variety, like Crack Conch, Crack Lobster, etc.

You must try the Sky Juice, also called Shuttle Juice. It is an incredible blend of Gin, fresh coconut water and condensed milk! Be careful, it creeps up on you! They are open Monday through Saturdays from noon to 10 pm. You can reach them at 242 326 3395

For example, the Central Eleuthera Junkanoo Committee sponsors a Friday night fish fry on Anchor Beach just past Cupid’s Cay. Freshly caught fish and conch fritters are cooked over wood until they are lightly browned, crispy and delicious.
